Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your bridal appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Our appointment slots book up quickly, and timely notice allows us to offer your spot to another bride. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you find your perfect dress! Please note, unfortunately our shop is only accessible via steps.
